This page discloses how Prospecter, Inc. ("Prospecter", "we", "us", or "our") integrates third-party artificial intelligence services into the Prospecter platform ("Service"). It describes which AI providers and models are used, how they are applied, and how data is handled in that context. This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Third-Party AI Services
Prospecter integrates AI models from the following providers. All integrations operate through each provider's official API under their applicable terms of service.

2. Data Transmitted to AI Providers
When you use the Service, certain data is transmitted to the third-party AI providers listed above in order to process your requests. The categories of data that may be sent include:

Customer Data transmitted to third-party AI providers is processed transiently for the purpose of generating a response. Customer Data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any third-party AI model. Data handling is subject to each provider's data processing terms, as linked above.

3. Human Oversight
AI outputs within Prospecter are advisory. The Service does not send emails, initiate contact, or take irreversible action based on AI output without explicit user approval. Users retain full control over which leads to pursue and which messages to send.
AI-generated outreach drafts are labeled as drafts within the product interface. Users are expected to review and, where appropriate, modify all AI-generated content before use.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
Prospecter integrates verified data; however, AI models may occasionally reflect incomplete or outdated context. Lead qualification scores, company summaries, and outreach drafts are generated as highly informed starting points. We recommend that users review critical information before relying on it for business decisions.
5. Changes to This Disclosure
Prospecter may update this disclosure to reflect changes in AI providers, models, or data handling practices. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure.
